The 2nd Meeting of the Pan-European Mental Health Coalition and the closing meeting of Social Inclusion of Persons with Mental Disabilities in Türkiye took place in Ankara on 23-24 November 2022 in the form of a joint conference. Deputy Minister of Health Assoc. Prof. Tolga Tolunay delivered an opening speech in the meeting.
