Our Director General, Dr. Aziz Alper Biten, welcomed representatives from Syria, Jordan, the World Bank, the World Health Organization, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, and SESRIC, who are members of the Pandemic Fund Working Group, at the Directorate General.
During the meeting, discussions focused on the international project—spearheaded in part by our Ministry—aimed at strengthening cross-border cooperation against public health risks. The current stage of the project’s application process was reviewed, and possible activities planned for the upcoming period were also discussed.
