Under the coordination of our Directorate General, a delegation comprising officials from our Ministry paid an official visit to Pakistan to explore opportunities for cooperation in line with Pakistan’s priority needs in the field of health.
During the visit, discussions were held on sharing Türkiye’s knowledge, experience, and technical capacity in the field of health with Pakistan.
The meetings focused on potential areas of cooperation, particularly domestic vaccine production, the digitalization of health systems, and the development of healthcare services.
In addition, the health agreement currently under negotiation between the two countries was discussed, and views were exchanged on possible steps to further advance the existing cooperation through concrete projects.
