A delegation of officials from the Ministry paid an official visit to Uzbekistan within the framework of cooperation and technical activities in the field of health.
During the visit, the delegation conducted site visits to various healthcare facilities in the capital, Tashkent, and held meetings with Uzbekistan’s Minister of Health Elder Adilov and Deputy Minister of Health Otabek Sunnatovic Imamov.
During the site visits and bilateral meetings, discussions focused on the ongoing health reforms in Uzbekistan supported by the Ministry, efforts to improve health information systems, and technical assistance that could be provided for hospital management and operational systems.
The parties also exchanged views on further strengthening the sharing of experience and technical cooperation in the field of health between Türkiye and Uzbekistan.
