In celebration of the 25th anniversary of the International Conference of Population and Development (ICPD), a summit was organized in Nairobi, on 12-14 November 2019, by the Government of Kenya, Government of Denmark and United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) in order to monitor implementation of ICPD Action Programme. Deputy Minister of Health Prof. Dr. Emine Alp Meşe attended the meeting on behalf of the Turkish Ministry of Health and delivered a speech about maternal health.
