H.E. Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, President of the Republic of Turkey, visited Azerbaijan on April 25-27, 2016 to attend the 7th Global Forum of Alliance of Civilizations.
Azerbaijan visit of Mr. Minister planned for April 28-30, 2016 took place simultaneously with the said visit of H.E. Mr. President.
Within this framework, the Cooperation Agreement between Government of the Republic of Turkey and Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the field of Health and Medical Sciences was signed on April 26, 2016 by Dr. Mehmet Müezzinoğlu, Minister of Health of the Republic of Turkey and Prof. Dr. Oktay Şiraliyev, Minister of Health of Azerbaijan.
