Deputy Minister of Health of Bulgaria Dr. Peter Gribnev and the accompanying delegation paid a visit to Türkiye on February 28 – March 3, 2022.
Deputy Minister was received by Deputy Minister of Health Assoc. Prof. Tolga Tolunay in his office.
On the sidelines of the meeting, struggle with COVID-19 outbreak, vaccination processes and the cooperation on health between two countries were discussed. The Parties also exchanged views on the cooperation agreement on health between Bulgaria and Türkiye, which is planned to sign.
Following the meeting, presentations on Turkish Health System, International Health Services Inc. (USHAŞ), Health Information Systems, Health Disaster Coordination Centre (SAKOM) and Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency (TİTCK) were made to the Deputy Minister and the accompanying delegation. Moreover, a visit to Ankara City Hospital was held.
