The delegation of Ministry headed by Director General of EU and Foreign Affairs Dr. Selami Kılıç paid a visit to Pakistan between July 3 – 7, 2022 to take part in the preparations for “Pakmedica Medical Health and Cosmetics Fair and Pakistan – Türkiye Health Business Forum”, which is planned to be held in Lahore, Pakistan on October 6 – 8, 2022.
Within the scope of said visit, the meetings were held with Prime Minister of Punjab State Hamza Sheriff, Minister of Health of Punjab State Khawaja Salman Refique and Governor of Punjab Muhammad Baligh Ur Rahman. Moreover, consultation meetings were held with Board of Investment, Health Secretariat and Embassy of Türkiye.
Upon the request of Prime Minister of Pakistan Shahbaz Sheriff to Minister of Health during his visit in Türkiye, a meeting was held with the managers of Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Centre.
